This license refers to everything published on this website, except to materials with expressly specified license terms.

Some cryptographic components are released under the "MIT X11 License". The specific source code files contain the exact license name.

The entire work is timestamped when new work is published, but also from time to time, in order to ensure that the authorship can be legally proved.

Non-software items

The author of all the WORKs published on this website is Gardener of Thoughts, unless otherwise specified.

The names "Gardener of Thoughts", "Void Sculptor" and "Vela" are not released under these license terms, remain under the private ownership of their respective holder, and may not be used in your own work.

The images remain under the private ownership of their respective holders, and may not be used in your own work.

If you are building a WORK for your personal use (including within your family), without any changes to the source code, the compiled application will have the original name, and will contain non-emoticon images. This is allowed. Due to legal restrictions, you may not use the emoticon images unless you buy them; these are not distributed with the source code.

No term of the license shall be deemed waived and no breach consented to unless such waiver or consent is signed by the author of each work.

Common Sense License
